Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Returns:
- All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us within one day of receiving the goods.
- To initiate a defective item claim, please send an email to customerservice@thevapeshack.ca with the following information:
- Order number
- Description and photos of the defective item
- Your contact information
Defective Items:
- Defective items must be claimed within one day of receiving the goods.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective item.
- Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
